The main purpose of the conference is an exchange of experiences and opinions in the field of health insurance and it’s influence on economical aspects of health care system. Rational process of establishing the contents of health services basket covered by insurance, should involve thorough evaluation based on medical, ethical and economical criteria. The range of health care services financed in public health care system is always a strategical decision, determined by culture and society's expectations and supported by economic arguments.
Among the Speakers and participants invited for the conference are Minister of Health – Ewa Kopacz, President of National Fund of Health – Jacek Paszkiewicz, Representative of Polish Parlament, Managers of Pharmaceutical Companies and Hospitals and experts especially from Warsaw University - Faculty of Management.
This debate is a part of international 2-days conference: “Healthcare and economy”, organized yearly by University of Warsaw - Faculty of Management .

Mobile television is conquering the world, generating new business and adding benefits to consumers. Billions of handsets’ users have gladly accepted functionality of SMS, ring tunes, games, cameras and MP3 music in their phones and now are waiting for something more spectacular. Mobile television is the most attractive among pending new services. Can Eastern Europe take advantage of this new technology?
